PREPARATIONS & SETUP FOR ACTIVITIES NEEDED 

• GaGa Pit - clear and level area, set-up with a tarp pad. 

• Swimming area  

• Archery Range - clear and level range area, hang backstop, layout safety boundaries and place storage bin. 

• Shooting Range - clear and level range area, determine safety boundaries and place storage bin.  

• Hiking trails - continue to clear paths.   

• Fishing and Kayak pond - position trailer for kayak storage and digout launching area.

What's needed?  

Please bring loppers, hoes, chain saws 
(chaps, helmet, safety glasses and 
leather gloves must be worn), 
string or blade weed-wackers.

An ICE MACHINE has been donated to CWR.  CWR will pick it up and take it to BT Refrigeration Services, Austin, TX to check and service it.    
 
LET'S PRAY that the northside neighbor will grant CWR permission to use their private road as an entrance to the campsite.  Otherwise we need road base to create a road from the gate to camp parking area, estimated cost $9,600.
