AWANA Campout Fall '21

Fathers of AWANA T&T Boys,

Get to know the other AWANA fathers and their sons. Again this year we’re camping along the Colorado River with 1,000 foot frontage. Dads, join your son on this outdoor adventure. Plenty of room for all to distance while enjoying being outdoors.

Activities available upon arrival are: swimming, kayaking (lifeguard on duty, lifejackets provided & required), fishing, plus 9 Square in the Air, & Gaga Ball.

The adventure begins Friday, October 8th at 3pm. Pick a spot and set up your tent. Try to arrive by 6:30pm for dinner: hot dog cookout with chips & drink. Campfire at 8:15pm with orientation, then worship & special speaker followed with s’mores!!!

On Saturday (breakfast and lunch provided) there will be a Father+Son challenge. Then a big game of Incoming. Activities will resume with the addition of Marksmanship (tomahawks, riflery and archery). Departure for those only staying one night is 3pm.

Second night (optional) enjoy a BBQ cookout and campfire. Sunday (providing breakfast & lunch) enjoy being on the Colorado River with kayaking, swimming, Gaga Ball, & 9 Square in the Air, departure by 1 pm.
